Wazaza Ltd provides:

• Property promotion
• Lead generation
• Advertising services

• Business development services

Wazaza Ltd is not a licensed real estate broker, estate agent, financial adviser, or investment adviser.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company.

Service offerings may change at any time.

Yad1 Monthly

€750 + VAT per month. Includes up to 5 active projects.

Yad1 Annual

€7,500 + VAT. Unlimited active projects for twelve months.

Paid Lead Generation

• Setup Fee: €499
• €80 per qualified lead
• Minimum order: 50 leads

Additional services may be quoted separately.

Invoices are payable according to the agreed payment terms.

Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Removal of listings
• Cancellation of campaigns
• Collection procedures

All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Monthly subscriptions renew every month unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions renew only upon agreement between the parties unless otherwise specified in writing.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date.

Annual packages are non-refundable after work has commenced unless otherwise agreed.

Marketing campaigns already started cannot be cancelled retroactively.

Unless required by applicable law:

• Setup fees are non-refundable.
• Marketing services already delivered are non-refundable.
• Lead generation fees are non-refundable once leads have been delivered.
• Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate information
• Correct pricing
• Legal ownership or authority to market the advertised projects
• Up-to-date images
• Necessary approvals

Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of all published information.

By uploading content, clients grant Wazaza Ltd a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote that content for the purpose of providing the services.

Unless agreed otherwise, Wazaza Ltd may use:

• Logo
• Screenshots
• Project images
• Campaign statistics
• Success stories

for promotional and marketing purposes.

Users may not:

• Upload misleading information
• Publish illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack the Website
• Use automated scraping tools
• Send spam
• Misuse leads obtained through the platform

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

Maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily interrupt the Website.
